Residential Habilitation Program
At-Home Residential
Habilitation Services provides skills training in the areas of independent
living, community integration, and productivity for children and adults with
developmental disabilities, who live at home with their families in Putnam
County. Depending on needs, training takes place in the home and/or the
community with trained staff providing guidance and support. Goals are
designed to help individuals reach personal objectives that will enhance their
independence, community participation, and productivity as community members.
Participants must be OMRDD waiver-eligible or able to pay privately.
